Shipping & Delivery
On average, please expect anywhere from 1-5 business days processing time before receiving a shipping notification for your online order. Business days are Monday - Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking updates automatically. Estimated delivery info will only be available via your tracking number once you receive your tracking number.

We are only able to offer the following standard shipping options during the COVID-19 pandemic:
United States: FedEx Ground for all orders containing hair bleach or nail polish shipped within the continental US, and USPS Standard Shipping for all other US orders.
Canada: USPS Priority International or FedEx Economy
All Other International Shipments: FedEx Economy

All of these shipping options are standard methods of shipping, not expedited. Please be aware that hair bleach and nail polish cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States. It is possible that you may experience tracking update delays and shipping delays as USPS and FedEx are also experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Please understand that both we and the shipping companies are working as quickly as we possibly can to get you your orders as fast as possible. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Customs/Duty Fees
International orders may or may not incur Customs Fees/Duty Taxes. These fees vary by country, and as we can not control or estimate these fees, they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
