There is an average 7 business day lead time, from receipt of order, on all orders being shipped. This includes orders with expedited shipping. All orders are pulled, packed, and shipped in the order in which they are received. Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc. is not responsible for payment of shipping orders or the payment of shipping back-ordered items.
It is possible that you may experience tracking update delays and shipping delays as delivery companies may be experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Please understand that both we and the delivery companies are working as quickly as we possibly can to get you your orders as fast as possible. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
Our busiest seasons are Halloween and Christmas. You may experience processing delays during these holiday seasons. We encourage you to place your orders early during these times.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is paid for and placed. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking updates automatically. Estimated delivery info will only be available via your tracking number once you receive your tracking number.
Immediate freight quotes are available on the website for all orders being shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping by any other method will require a freight quote from our Warehouse Department. Order totals and shipping methods must be confirmed and paid for by the customer prior to order processing.
Customers must understand that products considered HAZMAT (“Hazardous Materials”) that are ordered (such as bleach or nail polish) must be shipped via Ground Shipping, and these items cannot be shipped to any area outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, unless ordered within the necessary and required guidelines: Hazardous items must be ordered by the pallet, and the pallet(s) must be shipped via the customer’s freight forwarder. Customer’s freight forwarder is responsible for pallet shipments and all necessary documents upon leaving the Manic Panic warehouse.
Changes & Cancellations
It is very important that you make sure everything on your order is correct before confirming your order. Once an online order confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for packing and processing. Although every effort will be made to make any changes requested after your order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee change or cancellation requests can be processed until confirmed by a representative.
Any request to cancel after packing has taken place will incur a 15% re-shelving fee. No further orders will be shipped until your invoice is cleared. Orders that have received a shipping confirmation can no longer be cancelled.
Manic Panic accepts payment by Credit Card and PayPal only for domestic wholesale orders.
Any orders under $500 USD will be charged a 5% handling fee.
As of 01/01/2021, any customer wishing to utilize their previously approved Net Terms will incur an additional 3% surcharge in order to process their payment by credit card or PayPal on the due date
There is no additional surcharge when payment is submitted during the online order process via credit card or PayPal through the website.

Orders cannot be placed, processed, or shipped until a valid payment has cleared via your selected method of payment or you have previously applied and have been approved for Net Terms and confirmed your order and freight cost with a representative.
We do not accept C.O.D., Money Orders, Check Payments, or Wire Transfers for domestic wholesale orders.
It is extremely important that someone be present at your shipping address to accept your package. If shipments are returned to TISH & SNOOKY’S® NYC INC unclaimed or refused, you will be billed for the cost incurred. A 15% re-shelving fee will apply. No further orders will be shipped until your invoice is cleared.
All claims for returns and/or credit must be negotiated within 5 days of receipt of goods and authorized for return. All items must be in original and resellable condition, unused and unlabeled by your store. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please call our offices at 718-937-6055 for a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shortages and Discrepancies
Please report any discrepancies in your order immediately upon receipt of goods. All of our accounts have assigned Sales Representatives to rectify any discrepancies that may occur.
Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc. is not responsible or liable for lost or damaged items incurred by delivery company. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim directly with the delivery company or in such instances. If you discover damages when you open your box, please keep the original shipment box and packing material for inspection by the delivery company.
Route+ Shipping Insurance is available on all orders for an extra fee. This shipping insurance covers your order in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
You must “opt in” for Route in order to activate this coverage for your order. You must also file your claim within the time period specified by Route in order to be eligible for a refund or reorder. Any claims made outside of the time periods stated in Route’s policy will not be eligible for coverage.
Claims for packages marked “Delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “Delivered.” This includes claims for stolen packages and items damaged in shipping.
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “Delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Manic Panic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that fall outside of Route’s coverage guidelines.
Customer understands that proper and legitimate business identification is required to be disclosed to Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc. upon set-up and activation of a wholesale account. Customer understands that it is the right of Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc. to require that such information be provided and that Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc. has the right to refuse service should failure of proper and legitimate business identification be disclosed. Customer understands that Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc. is a licensed and trademarked brand and that any unauthorized use and/or misuse of the name, including, but not limited to false advertisement, illegal sale, illegal reproduction, or any other such trademark infringement that occurs domestically or internationally will result in legal action. Customer also understands that by purchasing goods wholesale from Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc., that only lawful resale of those goods is being granted in the market(s) you specify. Any deviation must be pre-approved in writing from Tish & Snooky’s NYC Inc.
Customer agrees to conform to their state’s laws and tax regulations regarding goods purchased from Tish and Snooky’s NYC Inc. Customer assumes full responsibility for knowledge of their state’s compliancy regulations and laws including, but not limited to, ingredients and labeling guidelines, should any exist.
As a protection against fraud for all of our customers, we reserve the right to request additional verification of information before processing any order. This includes, but is not limited to, identity, billing/shipping addresses, and method of payment information.
